Singbridge is the co-master developer and investor in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (SSGKC) project. The SSGKC is being developed into a unique, vibrant and sustainable city which is highly attractive to talent and skilled manpower and knowledge-based industries.

Besides this project, Singbridge also invests in various large scale integrated projects such as Tianjin Eco-City, Singapore-Sichuan Hi Tech Innovation Park, Raffles City Chao Tian Men, and the latest project being the Sino-Singapore Jilin Food Zone project.
